When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. The data processing serves the purpose of simplifying order processing or making it possible in the first place.
The data you have provided are required for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract. Without these data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.
Storage period
After the contract has been fully processed, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, thereafter taking into account statutory, in particular tax and commercial law retention periods, and then deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Newsletter
We use your e-mail address exclusively for our own advertising purposes for sending newsletters, provided you have expressly consented to this.
You can revoke your consent at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter by using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by notifying us. Your email address will then be removed from the distribution list.
